The Plant SBS DNA Kit provides a reliable method for the isolation of high-molecular-weight genomic DNA from various plant species and tissues. This kit can also be used to isolate DNA from fungal tissues. The solution based system can process single or multiple samples simultaneously in less than 60 minutes. The convenient purification procedure removes contaminants and enzyme inhibitors such as proteins and divalent cations. The SBS Plant DNA protocol can be easily scaled up or down to accomodate large or small samples and downstream applications.
