Gene Information

Cat. No. CSC-RK0268
Background This gene encodes a member of the karyopherin family that is required for the transport of small RNAs and double-stranded RNA-binding proteins from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. The encoded protein translocates cargo through the nuclear pore complex in a RanGTP-dependent process.
Target Gene XPO5
Abbr HeLa-HuXPO5 Knockdown
Alias XPO5, exportin 5, exportin-5, KIAA1291, exp5, FLJ14239, FLJ32057, FLJ45606
Host Cell HeLa
Host Cell Species Homo sapiens (Human)
