DNA Lyse & Amp PCR Kit uses a special buffer system for fast onestep DNA extraction and PCR from a wide range of starting materials, including plant tissues, seeds, bacteria and animal tissues. The kit contains all of the reagents required for DNA extraction and the PCR amplification reagent. Phenol extraction, ethanol precipitation, or grinding in liquid nitrogen are not required.
