Description
The CRISPR/Cas9 constructing and activity detecting mediated by All-in-One CRISPR/Cas9 KO Kit don’t need specific species cell line. Applying eukaryotic expression system, the All-in-One CRISPR/Cas9 KO Kit can be used for sgRNA activity detection and gene targeting in all mammals and relevant cell line. For non-mammals, the sgRNAs and targeting sequence can be cloned into the vectors of the kit for activity detection.
Applications
The All-in-One CRISPR/Cas9 KO Kit can be applied for activity detecting of many kinds of nucleases, such as CRISPR/Cas9, TALEN and ZFN and so on.
Efficiency
5-20 min of digestion time is enough to detect any type of base mutations such as substitution, insertion and deletion.

Manipulation
Linearized vector is provided and the DNA fragment encoding crRNA is less than 100 bp, which makes manipulation simpler. PCR product can be directly used for enzyme digestion without purification.
